How does it work?
Before signing up, you have to have a pretty clear idea about what you hope to get out of the mentoring journey, so we can match you with the right Mentor.
The mentorship program is here to help you get even better at the things you’re already doing in your everyday job at Manyone, and can be both practical skills or interpersonal areas you wish to improve.

Matchmaking
Once you have signed up below, the matchmaking proces will begin, based on the areas you would like to develop.
We’ll handpick a Mentor for you amongst all Leads, Directors and Partners globally, and ping you on Slack with a few tips on how to get off to a great start.

The conversations
The conversations are the backbone of the mentoring journey, and they should circle real-life challenges to which the Mentor can give suggestions/advice and help open doors to relevant people.
In between, the Mentee practices in projects.

Time is up
When the agreed duration of the mentoring journey has passed, the Mentee and Mentor debrief on the development goals and learnings from the process.
If relevant, you can build on your goals and extend the mentoring journey.
