Most communication happens on Slack these days, and besides team- and project-specific chatter, there are many channels you might want to know about.

Company channels (required)
#all-announcements, #all-general, #all-welcome, #all-helpdesk.

Other company channels
#all-random.

Location channels
These channels are for local information such as office stuff, lunch polls etc.

Team channels
All teams have their own channel. Ask a teammate to invite you if you are not already part if it.

Browsing
Scroll through the rest of the channels to see if something peeks your interest (e.g. doggos, manychef, sustainability)

Your profile
Fill out your profile and make sure you add a picture. It makes it easier for people to connect the name with the face, especially with remote work.
