Our organising principle
Manyone is a growing company, and as such, our organisational structure is continuously adapting to fit our reality. Yet, the basic principle for how we're organised remains the same: We're a team of teams empowered by cross-team connections, aligned with the Manyone Way. It's a structure that encourages entrepreneurship, creativity and experimentation while keeping all teams in sync, motivated, and focused on achieving Manyone’s ambitious goals.
How we're organised
We’re a large team of many smaller, multifaceted, agile and adaptable Teams divided into four Groups.
Besides the Groups, we have a couple of other organisational components that keep Manyone connected, aligned and dynamic:
Task forces execute our strategic initiatives and consist of people from different Manyone groups and global functions who come together to solve particular challenges in periods no longer than 1-3 months.
Global Management consists of our Executive Leadership team and two other management teams focusing on Business and Operations across and within the Groups.
Global Support and Development covers all the global functions that provide Teams and Groups assistance, guidelines, tools, and processes relating to Business & Commercial, Experience, People, Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Teams
The different teams of Manyone are where we all belong. Everyone should have a home in a team. This is where we find our closest colleagues and our managers, and this is where we grow from.
At Manyone, the ideal team size is somewhere between 10-30 people, give or take. Too small, and it becomes too difficult to grow because everyone has to do everything. Too big, and coordination and communication take up too much energy. That's why one team might sometimes turn into two, or an entirely new team might appear.
We see the magic happening within our teams when the number and mix of people are just right. That’s when every voice is heard, so trustful relationships are forged and fruitful collaboration is made possible.
Team leadership
The Team Leads at Manyone are responsible for running our teams, from budgeting and commercial forecasting to team well-being, hiring, and firing.

Groups
At Manyone, every team is part of one of four groups. Within a group, teams have strong affiliations based on location, clients, capabilities and strategic purpose, but they still work together with teams outside of their group.
If the team is your home in Manyoneland, think of the group as the village.
US
Currently, New York is our one and only office in the United States. From here, our small but experienced team delivers real, tech-driven future customer experiences to ambitious US clients.

Task forces
In a growing, complex organisation like Manyone, staying dynamic and adaptive is a fundamental challenge. Our task force approach enables us to execute strategic initiatives faster with the necessary involvement and ownership. Examples could be specific commercial initiatives, capability-building efforts, and more. Task forces consist of people from different Manyone groups and global functions who come together to solve particular challenges in periods no longer than 1-3 months.
The three first task forces are already kicking off now, and more are being planned:
AI at Manyone
Manyone's name should be synonymous with smart, responsible and mindblowing use of AI in strategic design. This requires dedicated AI training, tools in constant development, and AI-boosted processes. The task force will create a framework to make this happen and kick off the first set of initiatives.
Global Management
The Global Management layer is made up of our Executive leadership, and two management teams focused on our commercial success and our operational excellence across Groups.
Executive leadership
Owning and developing Manyone's overall strategic and operational direction.
